Roast chicken, broccoli, salad, lemon-balsamic vinaigrette, brown rice, warm wholewheat sourdough with butter - pretty easy, typical, nothing special and the standby Sunday dinner, but wholesome and fresh and for some reason it just really hit the spot tonight. Probably because I've been sort of off my feed lately and haven't been cooking very much. I feel stronger now, like Popeye.

(By hamburger or taco night, I mean homemade. You remember taco night. I usually put out corn tortillas, left over chicken, pork tenderloin, or tri-tip, and cilantro/lettuce/salsa/etc.)

(Also, big doesn't have to mean Thanksgiving-big, just more effort than other nights. And not necessarily Sunday, I mean one night a week you cook "bigger" than the others.)
