What do you spray?
I live and die by clorox cleanup.
My big, fat, bottle of Windex.
Formula Four oh Nine
Meyer's Clean Day (or equally eco-friendly alternative spray cleaner)
Vinegar and Water - good for everywhere.
Clean up one area, go to the next.
Pull everything out in an area (such as behind a shelving unit), go to town with scrubbers in corners and on wall and floor until you can eat off it, leave stuff you pulled out for putting away later because you're tired now.
Move only the stuff you can easily put back in place later, and clean behind that, then move to next area.
Sweep it all under the rug.
What is more satisfying?
Who does most of the cleaning?
The nice person I pay to do it does.
I'm on top of it like Fly Lady.
I tidy every day, but deep cleaning is once or twice a year.
Daily tidying, weekly GC (general clean up - scrubbing it all top to bottom).
Tidying a few times a week, real cleaning every few months.
I have a giant stack of dirty dishes right now.
(Lest you think I'm that dirty, tidying includes any sort of cleaning, just not necessarily the entire house at once.)((When I was little, we had a big clean every week, now I tend to do a bit every day instead.))
