A lot of times I worry about being too negative, and actually feel that "letting out anger" tends to perpetuate more anger. So in the interests of regaining positivity, here are some things that I have in my life that I like:
Being a mom.
That I have a really good mix of friends that I really care about.
Going to the Gym.
Not being hot in the summertime.
The music. All the music.
That I can have more fun sitting at home watching tv with my husband than most other people have on their vacations.
